Through a blend of modern coaching tools, a values-based approach, virtue development, thought work, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Catholic Christian teaching (when desired), CWLC offers a new path, with new insights to yourself, your thoughts, habits and your future.

It’s aligning your time, energy, and habits with the things that last: truth, love, grace, and purpose.
